· Make sure the check valve is in right place so that it allows the water to flow in only one direction. This would even assist the pump to push water inside the tank and also avoid it from flowing out from the tank and back to the reservoir once the pump switch is turned off.

· Install a pressure relief valve. 

· Ensure the tank is connected to a boiler drain. 

· Attach a pressure switch. 

· Last but not the least all the above component can be purchased easily and are necessary for design and installation for a quality storage tank.
